I feel like summer vacation flew right by and, here we are, already at the end of August. The school year is starting up again so it’s time to settle back down into something of a routine and breathe again. Show yourself some love and bring your yoga mat to I Do Yoga practice next month.
All are welcome to join I Do Yoga practice but please note that classes marked with an M are geared toward mothers with small children. These classes may be slightly more chaotic than your typical yoga class but this is one of the reasons we do yoga, to find peace in all the chaos of our everyday lives.
Here’s the schedule for September:
- M: September 27 (Wed) 10:00 – 11:30AM @Masago Community Centre (Please reserve by September 25)
Don’t forget to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Gym clothes/clothes that you can move and sweat in
